Beliard §

• Town in the northeastern Sumber Hills
• A caravan headed south from Beliard to Summit Hall was attacked by earth cultists, who were then attacked by Feathergale Knights.
• Most of the captured caravan members were taken by the earth cultists, who gave pirates books belonging to a sage they captured in payment for being ferried across the Dessarin River
• Deseyna Norvael was one of the captured caravan members. The Feathergale Knights took her on one of their giant vultures
